noon is a fast-growing e-commerce venture in the Middle East with committed capital of $1 billion. Our aim is to develop a world-class ecosystem in the Middle East. To achieve this goal, noon has built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals. After launching in 2017, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximize our customer reach and product offerings. As part of noon, the candidate will help in building products to take it to the next level. As we are very much still a startup at the core, we are looking for somebody deeply passionate and committed in making contributions to build something impactful for the region. 

What you’ll do

• Implement high-quality solutions designed and built to last and to scale.
• Convert business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes using flows, wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Identify new design trends that we should study/adopt in order to continuously improve the user experience.
• Prototyping new features and wire-frames cross-functionally with the product team.
• Contribute to product planning, strategy, and road-maps.

What you need

• Experience in designing highly interactive web and mobile applications
• Proficient in the required tools of the trade like Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
• Have contributed to the launch and complete life-cycle of high scale products
• Have a super knack for user experience and journey
• Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accountability and Ownership: Self-driven individual who can build and maintain high scale projects end to end.
